Green Kale Smoothie

1 cup chopped kale

1 cup chopped celery

1 pear, cored and chopped

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp sunflower seeds

1 cup filtered water

1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into glasses, drink and enjoy an energy boost.
